Shipping and Returns
Shipping
Your Musso order will be packed by hand, with love. All our pieces are made with manual processes, we do not mass produce, we make one piece at a time so keep in mind we need 10-20 business days for processing all orders, depending the item.
All orders are shipped by Fedex, shipping cost worldwide is FREE on orders over 80 USD and 7.9 USD on orders less than 80 USD. Depending on where you live, the time to arrive will be 5-10 bussines days.
Shipping times do not include processing time.
Once your order has shipped, Fedex is solely responsible for delivery. Musso has no control over nor any responsibility for any packages once they have left our facility.

Returns
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it within 10 days from the date you received your order. Your products must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes, and other Musso packaging materials. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping Charges are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. All returns must be authorized by Musso via email. Please contact us at clients@mussostudio.com with your order number and reason for return. If the return is aprobed, we will provide an address in USA for the return. When sending your return, please include the text “return shipment to origin” on the outside of the parcel to ensure the goods are not held in customs. We recommend that you send the item by courier or certified mail and retain proof of shipment. The responsibility for the delivery of a return product is entirely of the customer and the shipping company through which it was returned.
Exchanges
When we prepare an order we thoroughly inspect every detail of it, despite this and in the event of receiving a defective or damaged product we can exchange it for the same item, send us an email at clients@mussostudio.com we will provide an address in USA for the return. In such cases MussoStudio shall bear the costs of both shipping and return.
Taxes
All taxes are included in the final price of each product, it is not applicable to resend products.
